Pre-order Period: June 18 - July 18

PRODUCT DETAILS

All products sold in this Bigcartel shop are PRE-ORDER items. Production will begin after the end of the pre-order period, and is estimated to take 5-6 months. Any production updates or delays will be posted publicly on our social medias: Twitter & Instagram

Digital items will be emailed out after all physical pre-order items have been shipped.

 

SHIPPING

All products are shipped from Canada. We are not responsible for any import tax/duties upon delivery to your country. 

  • We are currently unable to ship to: Germany, Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Haiti, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen due to shipping restrictions.

Sorry for any inconveniences. If we are suddenly unable to ship to your country when the shipping period begins, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you made an error when submitting your purchase or you need to update your address, please send email us at ([email protected]) with the following information:

  • the email used to place the order
  • your order number
  • the error made and what the correct information should be

All customers will receive an Address Change reminder via email 1 week before shipping begins.

Address changes will be permitted up until shipping begins.

 

GROUP ORDER POLICY

  • Customers may conduct group orders (purchasing multiple bundles in bulk together to cut down on shipping cost). Please contact us on Twitter / Instagram or email us ([email protected]) to receive a shipping quote for multiple bundle purchases.
  • Group orders will not go through the shop to make a purchase, we will send you a paypal invoice with the details of your order as each GO's shipping cost is customized.
  • If you are joining someone's group order, please make sure they have a good reputation as we are not responsible for the fulfillment of the orders by the group order manager. Once the items have been delivered to them, it is out of our hands.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

While we take a lot of care into packaging your items, we cannot control any damage that occurs in transit.

We will send you a replacement under the following circumstances: 

  • One or more items are missing from your package
  • Severely damaged item(s) in your package that cause the item to not be usable in the intended way (broken pin posts, cracked acrylics, etc.) 
  • Lost package (tracking stopped updating 3 weeks past the estimated delivery date)

We will not send you a replacement free of charge under the following circumstances:

  • Lost or returned packages due to errors in your local postal service
  • Lost or returned packages that are due to overdue/unpaid custom taxes in your country
  • Lost or misdelivered packages that are due to incomplete or wrong addresses
  • Package was stolen after tracking marked it as delivered

If you think your package is lost, please contact us ASAP. We will not be responsible for a lost/damaged package after 3 months have passed from the shipping date.

Please send us a DM via Twitter / Instagram or email us ([email protected]) if you have any questions. In all cases, we will do our best to resolve your problems, but the mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All the items in our shop are non refundable. 

If you would like to cancel your order to switch to a different bundle, please contact us by email before pre-orders end with:

  • the email used to place the order
  • your order number

Responses should only take 48 hours to process. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours it means we did not receive your message, please try contacting us using another method above.
